Connect a bluetooth Conference Speakerphone
Tenveo has various conference phones embedded with Bluetooth module, means You can connect Bluetooth devices–including cell phone, laptops, and PC, to yours conference phone to realize wireless conference call when a landline is not available.
If your conference phone doesn’t have Bluetooth built-in, you can plug a USB Bluetooth adapter into the USB port on your PC to get it. To get started with using Bluetooth, you’ll need to pair your Bluetooth device with your conference phone.
Instruction steps as below:
Press Multi-functional Bluetooth key to turn on Bluetooth function.
Use a mobile phone or tablet PC to search the Bluetooth device,
Select and pair the Bluetooth device named “Meeteasy”
You can make the conference call via your mobile when the Bluetooth connection is successfully established.
Tips:
When the Bluetooth function is turned on, the indicator light on the Volume- key twinkles before it is connected with a mobile phone or tablet PC. Once connected, this indicator light will keep on. When user makes a call or play music by Bluetooth, the indicator light on the Volume+ key will keep on. The Volume+ and Volume– keys keep effective when user adjusts the volume during the Bluetooth in use. The volume can also be adjusted through the mobile phone or tablet PC.
Two mobile devices can be connected to Tenveo® Bluetooth conference phone. If user wants to connect two devices, pairing should be done separately.
A complete 3-way interactive conference call can be established via connecting the Tenveo® conference phone simultaneously with both PSTN telephone call and Bluetooth mobile phone call.
