Meeting cameras may not be as effective at areas where the light is out of range (such as in direct sunlight or in bright light). Avoid shooting especially bright objects such as the sun or lights. Do not use conference cameras around facilities that emit high-power radio waves, such as television or radio transmitters. Do not use the conference camera under unstable lighting conditions or the image may flicker.

If your conference camera is not used for a long time, please unplug the power and socket switch after use. Clean the camera Use soft cloth or tissue to remove dust and dirt from the enclosure. When the camera body is dirty, clean it with a soft cloth dampened with diluted neutral detergent and wring it off, then wipe it with a dry cloth to prevent excessive dilution fading. Do not wipe the surface with chemical solutions containing tinctures, phenols, etc. that may damage the surface coating. Do not spray on meeting cameras with volatile substances such as insecticides. Do not expose rubber or vinyl-containing materials to the camera for extended periods of time. Failure to do so could result in damage to the surface coating.
