Tenveo to Bring Enhanced Room Based Video Communication Technology
A provider of web communications and enterprise video technology, Tenveo Video Communications, has made the announcement of improvising upon its video conferencing system. Zoom Rooms are equipped with wireless content exchange, high-quality audio, and video to connect the different participants, whether on desktop, mobile or even if they are connected to other rooms. In a release, CEO and Founder, Tenveo, stated, “Until now, conference rooms and offices have lacked user-friendly technology to enhance collaboration and engage remote participants. Only about five percent of conference rooms are video-enabled, and those that often rely on complex, problematic systems.” He also added, “Now, with the addition of the Tenveo Room Scheduling Display and the Tenveo Rooms for Touch enhancements, we are delivering a more frictionless, rich experience for all meeting participants.”
The customers of Tenveo Rooms can have access to the newly-added features including the Zoom Rooms Scheduling Display, which is a calendar display that shows the availability of meeting rooms or the scheduled meeting for a room and also lets users book a meeting room. Alongside, this integrates with Tenveo Rooms and all information is passed on to one system only to make it easier for the end user. The other feature is the Tenveo Rooms for Touch, which is equipped with interactive whiteboards that are connected to the touch display making it convenient for brainstorming sessions.
