The impact of using video conferencing
According to surveys of business executives, the use of video conferencing cameras has had some impact, both in business and in life. First, let's look at the impact of the use of video conferencing cameras on the business:

Fifty-three percent of short-haul flights are booked by business executives for regular meetings; 34% of executives surveyed doubt the business value of their business trips; 70% of executives surveyed believe that many meetings can be conducted through video conferencing; Eighty-five percent of executives surveyed believe they can save a lot of money if they use video conferencing, and 70% of executives surveyed said that on average 2.5 meetings a year are required to attend due to traffic delays.
Impact on quality of life:
Among the interviewed executives, each had an average of more than 10 domestic missions and 6 to 7 international missions each in 2013; the average short-flight flight for interviewed executives in 2013 was very time-consuming Up to 15 days; 50% of business executives were out of work for three weeks in business in 2013; 1/2 interviewed executives complained about flight-related pressure; and 1/10 of executives surveyed said they had been on business trips Miss the relatives and friends wedding ceremony, there are more people who said they had missed their children's birthday because of a business trip.
The use of video conferencing cameras can burden work and private life:
The survey showed that one in four executives surveyed will travel more frequently in 2013. On the other hand, three-quarters of the respondents questioned the role of business trips and said it would be effective to hold a meeting outside the company via a video conference. Many people also complain that travel makes them more burdensome for work and family. Surprisingly, though, senior executives regard video conferencing as a way to save time and money, and out of an average of ten companies surveyed, four do not currently have a video conferencing system!
