With the development of modern media technology, distance education implemented with media technology and various educational resources has arisen and developed rapidly according to the needs of society.


Video conferencing as a distance learning to achieve real-time audio-visual interaction, effectively improve the distance learning activities in the exchange. Under the joint action of science and technology innovation, market demand and cultural ideas, distance education in the United States has developed rapidly and paid more and more attention to the quality of distance education.


Video conferencing is one of the more interactive forms of distance education. The United States made corresponding countermeasures to the reasons, course and challenges of the development of distance-based Chinese courses. Because Kansas is the first state in the United States that uses video conferencing to teach Chinese, it is a classic and rich experience. Taking the Kashgar video conferencing Chinese as an example, this paper analyzes the questionnaires of the students, teachers and assistant teachers in this course, and gives corresponding countermeasures to the problems to be solved in the video course.
