It is understood that the hardware video conferencing system is a video communication based on embedded way, mainly use H.320 and H.323 protocol standard (H.320 is before the IP network is not developed, E1 line protocol of the network link; H.323 is the Protocol for IP networks, which belongs to the standard protocol), use special devices to enable video conferencing, high overall system cost, easy to use, easy to maintain, better video and audio quality, but requires high network, most of the line network needed to guarantee. 

Therefore, this form of hardware for network users, is very well suited, such as government agencies, financial institutions,   funds relatively strong sectors, such as the army, and more for special video meeting room. Its outstanding features are, reliable, stable performance, friendly man, which belongs to the high-end products in the video conference system, but limited by the agreement, the device is already forming, function cure and cannot be modified
