Solution 1: Bandwidth must be guaranteed
Generally, the company's own network is good, but because there are more people, there will be problems with the card. The network of one of my partners is 100M, but the company has thousands of people, and they all have online cards, let alone video conferences. In this case, the bandwidth of the video conference can be fixed by network management. For example, through the Internet management, a fixed bandwidth is allocated to the network cable for video conferencing.
Solution 2: The network signal must be stable.
The network of some partners' companies is actually good, but the wifi signal is not will-distributed. The distance between the company offices is far away, and the wifi signal coverage is inevitably uneven. In addition, the wifi signal itself is unstable, and it is easy to be interrupted by the environment. This will definitely lead to intermittent and unstable video conferences. The most once-and-for-all way is to use a network cable and switch to a network cable. If you are inconvenient to use the network cable in the office, you can pull the Internet cable in a conference room. You can go to the conference room when you want to have a meeting.
Solution 3: Audio and video data compression technology of the video conferencing system itself.
If you are using a video conferencing system with high bandwidth requirements, it is obviously unrealistic to want to open a video conference on an existing ordinary network.
